We will replace the items with new items of your choice in accordance with this Policy.
If you have a size or fitting issue, you can exchange the product within 7 days of delivery. For all exchanges and replacements, please email our customer care executive at support@cluesstyle.com along with your complete order details and issues. We will pick the product from your doorstep and ship you the required order once we receive the shipment. There will be no extra shipping charges levied by us. We can help you exchange the original order with a new one of the same value.
Replacement and Exchange Policy
We will accept Replacement and Exchanges of an Item only if the following conditions are met:
You can request a replacement for your order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
It is the first time you are returning the order for size/design/color change. We do not exchange/replace twice.
The tags and labels on the item should be intact.
The product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition.
The product is returned along with the original packaging.
In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
Replacement Exclusions:
We do not replace masks and COVID-19-related products.
We do not replace surprise T-shirts with other designs as it is a surprise 🙂
We do not replace boxers due to hygiene issues.
Please note that Replacement and Exchanges are not acceptable for any request that does not meet the aforementioned criteria.
If we do not have a reverse pick-up facility at your location, we request you to self-ship the product to us. We will store credit 100 points in your CluesStyle account to adjust your shipping cost.
Special Condition for Step Set Go Orders
All Step Set Go Merchandise orders are not eligible for the above-mentioned exchange and replacement policy. Please make a note of the same.
Cancellation of Orders
You can cancel any order before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order ID to support@cluesstyle.com from your registered email address.
Our Customer Service Executives will contact you for confirmation of the cancellation request. Once the cancellation request has been made from your end, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel your order.
After confirmation of the cancellation request, your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account from which you made the order within 4 to 7 days depending on the policy of your Bank. You will be notified about the cancellation of your order via email.
Once the order is dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel the order.
If you want to edit your order, we will not be able to make changes once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please drop an email to **support@cluesstyle.**com, and we will try to assist you.
We may, at our sole discretion, cancel your order after informing you by writing to your registered email ID. In such cases, you may opt to replace the order with a new one after making any additional payment as applicable or request a refund of the amount to your bank account.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in genuine cases of delivery of defective products and if we are unable to send you replacements due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of delivery of defective products, you must send an email to our customer support executives at support@cluesstyle.com along with the details of the order, nature of issues, and photographs of the defective product within 72 hours of delivery.
If, upon verification, it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, CluesStyle will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid.
However, you may still opt for exchange and returns in an aforementioned manner. All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account from which you processed the payment.
Please note that applicable shipping and COD delivery charges shall not be refunded.
Due to process constraints, COD orders will not be refunded under any circumstances. You can either opt for an immediate replacement or take store credits.
